How 1LURE handles the company, contact and attachment data you send through this site.

What we collect

Company name, contact person, email, country, sales channel and the products and quantities you list in an enquiry.

Attachments you upload

Logo files, packaging artwork, drawings, reference images and other files you choose to send. They are stored against the enquiry reference on our own server and are used only to prepare your quotation and project.

How we use it

To prepare quotations, confirm specifications and lead times, arrange production and delivery, and answer your enquiry. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

Your data stays inside our team and the factories that produce your order. We do not pass it to unrelated third parties, and customer-exclusive designs, moulds and materials are never displayed publicly or resold.

Retention and access

Enquiry and attachment records are kept for as long as needed to serve the account and the order. You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry data at any time.

Send a request through the enquiry form or to the email address in the footer, and we will respond.

Account information

If you create an account, we store your email, a hashed password (never in plain text) and the profile details you provide — such as contact name, company, business type, phone, website, VAT/tax number, country and address — so that checkout can pre-fill your details and our team can follow up by email. Sign-in uses a secure session cookie; verification and password-reset codes are stored only as hashes and expire automatically. Marketing opt-in is stored only if you tick it.

Payment

Retail orders are paid through PayPal. Card and account details are entered on PayPal and are not stored on our servers. For manually quoted orders we may also accept credit card payment through a secure payment link provided by our sales team, or bank transfer / Western Union after our finance team confirms the receipt — payment credentials are never collected on our website. We receive and store the order and capture reference, the amount and currency, the payer name and email, and the confirmed delivery address, so that we can match and fulfil your order. All amounts are calculated on our server.

Shipping and delivery

To quote shipping we use the destination country, postal code and the packed weight of your items; the weight is resolved on our server from the product catalogue. The delivery address you confirm at checkout is attached to the order and passed to PayPal as the fixed shipping address.

Communication and email

Order-related communication takes place through the on-site enquiry form and email. Enquiries and any attachments you submit are stored on our own servers, and sign-in verification or password-reset emails are sent to the address you provide. This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers.
