Terms of Sale

The rules that apply to wholesale, private label, OEM and ODM orders placed through 1LURE.

Prices and volume tiers

Prices are quoted in USD. Volume tiers are counted per individual SKU — the same model, colour, size or weight and supply type. Quantities of different SKUs are never combined.

Mixed-batch discount

Items that have not moved into a volume-tier price are grouped and discounted by their pre-discount subtotal: ×0.97 below US$5,000, ×0.95 below US$10,000, ×0.90 below US$20,000 and ×0.85 up to US$50,000. Above US$50,000 the order is reviewed and quoted manually. An SKU never receives two discounts.

Quotations and confirmation

Prices shown on the site are indicative. The confirmed quotation prevails, and an enquiry is not a signed contract until an order is confirmed in writing.

Payment

In-stock wholesale orders are paid before dispatch. Private label, OEM and ODM work runs on a 30% deposit with the balance settled before shipment, unless the signed order states otherwise. Retail checkout accepts PayPal (cards are handled inside PayPal). Manually quoted orders can also pay by credit card through a secure payment link provided by our team; bank transfer and Western Union are confirmed only after our finance team verifies the receipt.

Freight, duties and taxes

Goods prices exclude freight, duties and import taxes unless stated. Freight and duty estimates on this site are indicative; the actual charge depends on the carrier, incoterm and destination.

Customisation rules

Private label starts at 300 pieces per SKU with US$200 packaging plate-making and no extra charge for product logo printing. OEM and ODM development fees, moulds, revisions and ownership are confirmed per project, and the terms of the confirmed project file apply.

Delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3 working days after order confirmation and payment; this is the dispatch arrangement, not the international transit time. Private label production normally takes 30–45 days after the deposit has arrived and the final design is confirmed. OEM and ODM lead times are confirmed per project.

Quote validity and currency

Quotations are valid for 1 week from the date issued, and the confirmed quotation always prevails. Prices are quoted in USD. EUR figures shown on the site or on a quotation are indicative conversions; the applicable exchange rate is the one in effect when the order is confirmed, so the rate is not locked before then.

Delivery, feedback window and warranty

Please inspect the goods on arrival. Report any shortage, damage or quality issue within 7 days of delivery so we can check it against the batch record. Verified manufacturing defects are covered by a 30-day warranty from delivery; normal wear, misuse and unauthorised modification are not covered.

Response time, cancellation and stock exceptions

We reply to enquiries within 3 working days. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch, cancellation depends on the goods being returned in their original condition. If an item is out of stock after the order is confirmed, we will contact you and offer a substitute, a partial shipment or a refund for that item.

Intellectual property and permitted use

All content on this site — product photography, copy, catalogue data, page design, code and the pricing, freight, duty and landed-cost models behind it — is owned by 1LURE (PROBEROS Fishing Tackle Co., Ltd.) or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and database rights. You may view, print and share pages for the purpose of evaluating or placing an order. You may not, without our prior written consent: (a) copy, mirror, frame or republish the site or any substantial part of it; (b) systematically scrape or harvest product data, price tiers, freight rates, duty rates or quotation outputs, by crawler, script, API or otherwise; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the pricing, freight or landed-cost models, or probe the quotation service to reconstruct its logic; (d) remove or alter copyright, trade mark or attribution notices; (e) use our name, logo or product images in a way that suggests endorsement. Automated access is permitted only for reputable search engines under our robots.txt rules. We reserve the right to block access, suspend accounts and pursue legal remedies — including claims for damages, injunctive relief and takedown requests under applicable copyright and database-protection law — for any breach of this section.
