From adjusting a mature product to designing something new, we assess the development route against your use case, specification and brand requirement. The development quotation includes 3 revisions of the design drawings, and work starts once the fees are confirmed and paid. Production starts at 300 pieces per SKU, with special products on request.
Colour, pattern, material, hardness, hooks and fittings can all be assessed for every product. A weight, size, tail shape or structure that differs from an existing product requires a separate mould, which the customer funds. We can also design a product from your own idea.
Design, mould and sampling fees are confirmed and paid before work starts. The quotation includes 3 revisions of the design drawings, which is not the same as 3 mould changes or 3 physical re-samples. Once the mould is finalised it cannot be modified; a changed requirement is re-quoted.
Development and production lead times are confirmed per project.
Designs and moulds funded by the customer belong to the customer, and the specific deliverables are written into the project file. Customer-exclusive products are never resold or publicly displayed. Mould storage and repair are free of charge; the customer may collect the mould with domestic freight covered by us.
