Send a product sample, reference images or a technical requirement. We refine the drawings free of charge and assess the mould, sampling and production route. The design includes 3 revisions, and development fees and timelines are confirmed per project. Production starts at 300 pieces per SKU, with special products on request. An NDA can be signed to confirm design and brand usage authorisation.

What is the production MOQ?

300 pieces per individual SKU, with special products on request. Stock wholesale remains 1 piece per SKU.

How many revisions are included?

The quotation includes 3 revisions of the design drawings. After the mould is finalised it cannot be changed, and a changed requirement is re-quoted.

Who owns the mould?

Designs and moulds funded by the customer belong to the customer. We store and repair them free of charge, and you may collect them with domestic freight covered by us.

Will my product be shown publicly?

Customer-exclusive development is never resold or publicly displayed, and your materials are protected as agreed.

How do payments work?

Work starts after the relevant development fees are confirmed and paid. Mass production runs on a 30% deposit with the balance settled before shipment.

Can I send an idea before I have drawings?

Yes. You can submit an idea, images or a sample first and complete the technical documents later. An enquiry is not a signed contract.
