What is the minimum order quantity?+
Each individual SKU starts at 1 piece. There is no fixed minimum order value, and you can mix brands and specifications. See the product page for what each unit contains.
How is the volume price calculated?+
Quantities are counted per SKU — the same model, colour, size or weight and supply type. The volume tier starts at 101 pieces; quantities of different SKUs are never combined.
How is the mixed-batch discount calculated?+
The discount band is set by the pre-discount value of the whole order (M): volume-tier items count toward M at their tier amount, and the discount then applies only to items not on a volume tier — ×0.97 below US$5,000, ×0.95 below US$10,000, ×0.90 below US$20,000, ×0.85 up to US$50,000 (above that, manual quotation). Freight, taxes, private labelling and repackaging are excluded from M.
Can discounts be combined?+
No. A single SKU never receives two discounts; one order can contain both volume-tier items and mixed-batch discount items.
Can I buy samples?+
Yes. Samples follow the same units and purchasing rules, or you can submit your requirements and we will suggest a selection.
What does the price include?+
Prices include the current packaging but exclude freight and taxes. Private labelling and repackaging are quoted separately.
How do I get lead time and freight?+
Provide the SKUs, quantities, destination country and postcode, and we will confirm stock, lead time and freight.
